Payment is by a pro-forma invoice which will be issued once you have placed your order.
Payment is to be made prior to goods being dispatched.

EFT Payments can take 1-3 business days to appear in our account. We will
ship goods once payment has been received.
Shipping costs are incurred by the customer, and will appear on their invoice.
Shipping is done by Australia Post Express Post, which can be tracked. We do recommend extra cover, and signature on delivery.
Orders will ship once payment has cleared. Orders for which payment has cleared before 2pm AEST, will be shipped on the same day. Australia Post Express Parcels should arrive between 1-3 business days to metropolitan addresses within australia, or 2-3 business days is regional areas.

Sample votives will be labelled, unboxed and are not for retail sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there has been an error on our part, or you have received a defective item.
Please understand that our candles are completely hand-made from scratch, and the scents are developed by us in our studio, and not shop-bought fragrances. the scents are based on concepts, and are non-traditional.
We cannot refund an item simply because you don’t like it’s smell or disagree with our interpretation. should your order arrive damaged or with missing items, contact us via email immediately, sending a photo of the damage and we will sort it out!
BON LUX candles are made with pure soy wax, and the nest fragrance oils. the quality of the materials, the temperature of the candles in transit/display and the handmade nature of every aspect of our process means that sometimes candles can show some variation and imperfections to the top surface of the candles when boxes are opened. uneven surfaces are not considered faulty goods. First candle burn will eliminate any uneven surfaces, they do not affect the candle performance at all. contact us before cancelling an order! it’s easy for us to x an address or incorrect item.
